Using Renovationlistings.com

Renovationlistings.com is a searchable database of properties that need repair.  Some of the properties need cosmetic repair and others need complete rehabilitation.  Many realtors have used renovationlistings.com to generate sales, locate prospects and land listings.  Because the site is viewed primarily be home buyers that are looking for properties that need repair, it is the perfect place to put your listings that need repair.  We have had many realtors sell their listings because of renovationlistings.com and many that have landed a listing because they told their sellers that their property would be on the website.  You will notice that renovationlistings.com is listed as a link on my site.  This is because I am the founder and creator of the site. 

Renovationlitings.com is a free service. Real estate agents simply email me the detailed listing link at info@renovationlistings.com and the property will be listed on the site within 48 hours!! When a buyer requests a showing on one of your properties, the buyer’s information will be forwarded to you to contact to set the appointment.
